Photography is one of the great passions in my life, second only to my family.







Edward J. Chevalier specializes in architecture, cityscape, and nature photography with special emphasis on form and texture. He started in photography using a Nikkormat FT (made in 1965) that was given to him by his grandfather. He has not strayed far from his roots today he uses a Nikon D200 and Z7.
He has had the opportunity to travel to several countries in Europe and is an avid traveler of the United States and always takes a camera. Many locations include historical sites, cultural sites, and State and National Parks.
Edward works and an IT Project Manager and a Scrum Master in the Banking industry. He also volunteers with the Samuel Clemens High School in Schertz, Texas, as the photographer for the Choir and Color Guard/Winter Guard programs.
He was born in San Antonio, Texas, in 1969. He learned photography from his grandfather and received a bachelor's degree from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) in San Marcos, Texas, in 1991 and a Masters of Business Administration from William Carey College (now William Carey University) in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, in 1995. Edward lives in San Antonio, Texas, with his wife, Adrienne and children Eddie and Allie. He also has two grown children Sarah and Satin.
